Matt Gold
Matt's passion for horticulture blossomed during his childhood on his family farm, where he eagerly spent hours learning the ins and outs of plant cultivation and care. As he grew older, he became excited about the automation techniques popular in European countries, sparking his passion for innovation! After years of dreaming and planning Matt is very excited to be combing both of his passions and creating his dream nursery with longtime friend and now business partner, Gerardo Villasenor. Matt is thrilled to grow breathtaking and unique plants that will truly enhance any space!
Gerardo Villasenor
Meet Gerardo, a dedicated professional with 28 years of experience in the nursery business, 25 of those years as a master propagator. Growing up on a farm in Mexico, surrounded by sugarcane and avocado fields, he studied electricity and electronics in his home country before moving to the United States. Gerardo discovered the synergy between technology and agriculture, enhancing nursery operations with innovative irrigation systems and cutting-edge European technologies. Alongside Matt, he is committed to continuously improving the nursery system, adding value to products while ensuring cost savings for customers, all while nurturing his passion for plant propagation and woody ornamental cultivation.
